Start your day with “Yoga on the beach” in the warm summer sunshine. Reduce stress and increase your energy for a more productive day!! Each week we will work with yoga postures designed to strengthen and stretch your body, calm your mind and enliven your spirit. Beginners and all levels of ability are welcome! Instructor, Gina Engel is a certified yoga instructor and Reiki Master.

Zumba is the hottest craze in fitness! Zumba fuses Latin rhythms and easy-to follow moves to create a dynamic and fun fitness program. The program is designed to make you love exercise!! You’ll get an effective aerobic workout that will keep you coming back for more! Each class is 1-hour of caloric-burning, body-energizing movements. The Zumba routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. Peak Performance is dedicated to offering cutting edge sports conditioning to junior high, high school, and college athletes. Participants will engage in the latest fitness programming to improve strength, agility, speed, power, and most importantly to reduce risk of injury. Participants will be separated by ability.
