Calling all young explorers ages 3-5 for a week long adventure of playful learning!
Each day, a new theme from nature and science will be explored creatively through stories, arts and crafts, games and simple experiments. Join us for one week or both. 12 students is the maxium for each week so hurry and sign up!!!
Each child is to bring 1 small snack (peanut free) and 1 drink each day for snack time. Instructors: Kelley McManus and Hollie Lucht-certified pre-school teacher
LITTLE BUDDING ARTISTS
WHO: Ages 2-3/ with parents

This class is for 2 & 3 year olds accompanied by an adult. Class limited to 5-adult/child pairs with room for extra siblings. If you have a budding artist in your family, (how about those crayon wall murals?) come join your child in this hands on art-making class. With a bit of your help and encouragement your toddler will create clay sculptures, handmade books, learn simple printmaking techniques, make watercolor and wax resist paintings, and paper mache projects. Hands on learning, fun and self-expression will be encouraged in this class-no”cookie cutter” projects here! Please dress to get messy and creative. All art supplies are non-toxic. Make room on your refrigerator art gallery! You will be amazed by what your young artist can do in this hands-on class that is all about self-expression and fun! Students will create clay sculptures, learn color theory, still life drawing, self portrait painting, simple printmaking techniques, and book making. Please dress to get messy and creative. Every child is born with musical aptitude. Come nurture your child’s musical development by joining a Music Together class with Pakachoag Music School of Greater Worcester. Each session (Fall, Winter, Spring) includes a weekly class with child and parent/caregiver. You’ll receive, a courtesy of Music Together’s national office, a free song book and CD to take home; a different one for each session in which you enroll. New parents receive the parent handbook "Helping Your Child Grow Musically” and a music growth development chart. MOMMY/DADDY AND ME KAYAKING

This program was developed by Still River Outfitters, Inc. to address the growing number of active adults starting families. In addition to basic paddling skills and safety considerations, we help parents adapt our proven strategies to comfortably paddle with a toddler. This class is taught in stable recreational kayaks where the child will sit safely between the parent’s legs in the kayak's cockpit. This class is appropriate for parents and their child between 1 and 5.
